Refund & Returns Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (including downloadable templates, excel calculators, and guides), all sales are final. Once a download link has been generated or accessed, we cannot issue a refund, return, or exchange.

2. Our Commitment to Value

We want to make sure you succeed in your export journey. If you encounter any technical issues with your templates, calculations, or files, please contact us at hello@bizlink.live. We will work with you to resolve any bugs or problems within 24–48 hours.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered solely at our discretion under the following conditions:

• Double purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice under the same email.
• Corrupted file: If the file is proven corrupted and we are unable to supply a working copy or alternative download.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact support before filing a payment dispute. We act immediately to clarify any confusion, and filing a dispute without warning may lead to immediate termination of access to all current and future resources on the platform.
